The hotel was worth what we paid for but showed signs of being run down. The beds were uncomfortable, and the air conditioner needed to be turned off for better sleep. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were initially rude and made a mistake with my room, but eventually rectified it. The location was ideal for our purpose, being not far from where we needed to be and offering easy access to the city and waterfront. The dining options had a decent selection with well-prepared food, especially in Fenians, although there were no in-house movies available.

The hotel offers clean and well-priced rooms stocked by the staff, but falls short on some essential aspects resulting in discomfort during the stay. The service is top-notch with lovely staff and fantastic amenities. The location is perfect for easy access to waterfront attractions.
